Ecosystem Tokenomics: The Role of the Token ​

The Token is an ERC-20 utility token that serves as the economic backbone of the entire ecosystem, designed to align the incentives of all participants and drive network growth.

Utility, Governance, and Incentive Mechanisms ​

Token value is derived from its multifaceted utility within the ecosystem:

  • Governance: To participate in governance, Token holders must stake their tokens in the Uniswap Pool, for which they receive Staked Tokens (sTokens). sTokens grants voting rights on protocol proposals, empowering the community to influence the future development of the ecosystem.
  • Staking and Rewards: A significant portion of the total supply (40%) is allocated to reward users who provide liquidity and participate in the ecosystem through staking. This liquidity mining program is scheduled to run for approximately six years, incentivizing early adoption and long-term participation.
  • Marketplace Discounts: The tokenomics create a direct incentive for clients. Marketplace operators who stake tokens in the Governance pool receive substantial discounts on their software license fees, directly linking their operational costs to their commitment to the network.
  • Value Accrual and Buybacks: The protocol includes a direct value accrual mechanism. When property owners stake their asset tokens Asset pool, a portion of the revenue generated from those properties is used to buy tokens from the open market. These purchased tokens are then redistributed to active users, creating a continuous cycle of demand for tokens that is tied to the real-world performance of the assets on the platform.

This sophisticated design creates a closed-loop economy. The success of individual marketplaces (more tokenized assets and transaction volume) leads to more revenue flowing into pools, which in turn drives token buybacks. This increases the value of the token, benefiting all stakeholders — company, the marketplace operators holding tokens for discounts, and the investors staking it for yield and governance.
